NGS Disaster Recovery offers two disaster recovery services, which work in conjunction with the NGS Email Defense Service and are easily adaptable to your business needs.  Both offer unique levels of protection.

NGS Message Continuity
This comprehensive service offers web-based email access, plus 60 rolling days of storage.  In an outage, all inbound and outbound email is filtered via the NGS Email Defense Service, and all email is continually spooled until connectivity is restored.  When connectivity is restored, Message Continuity intelligently synchronizes all sent, received and deleted email back to the primary system.

NGS Fail Safe Service
A storage-only solution, the Fail Safe Service provides five rolling days of storage during planned or unplanned outages.   As with NGS Message Continuity, this service can be configured to engage automatically for protection against unexpected outages, or manually to accommodate system maintenance. When connectivity to your network is restored, spooled email is reintegrated into your primary system.
